Background
The Rogeri trio was formed in 1991 and enjoys exploring unusual musical compositions, in addition to maintaining a large classical and romantic repertoire. They have appeared at numerous festivals, music clubs and arts centres throughout the UK, France, Spain, Switzerland and Japan. The Trio have made broadcasts for the BBC in London and their first CD featured works by Suk, Smetana and Dvorak.
Their latest CD has received high praise and was selected for the 1999 Gramophone award. Their tour of Malaysia and Borneo included master classes and workshops, as well as concerts.
